Christina Lynch is a novelist, television writer and professor andThe Italian Party is her debut novel. Ms. Lynch was an editor of the Harvard Lampoon, the Milan correspondent for W and Women's Wear Daily and has taught television writing at UCLA. She is currently a full-time professor of English at California's College of the Sequoias. Her featured novel is half glamorous fun, half an examination of America's role in the world, and is filled with sun-dappled pasta lunches, prosecco, charming spies and deception.
